[DISCLOSURE] Aimhigh (043580) said on Sept. 6 that it has decided to acquire 10 percent stake in China’s Windo Entertainment Ltd. for 3.3 billion won (US$3 million) to expand business and participate in management.
The investment amounts to 9.06 percent of Aimhigh’s equity capital.
