[DISCLOSURE] SamwooEms (082660),a producer of electronics components, announced on Sept. 5 that it has decided on issuing 8.5 million forfeited shares worth 20.145 billion won (US$ 18.13 million) for public offering to finance its operation and facilities.

The new shares will be issued at the price of 14,400 won per share and listing date is Nov. 16.
