[DISCLOSURE] Curocom (040350) announced on Sept. 1 that will acquire 2.09 million shares of its apparel maker affiliate GNCO (065060) for around 6 billion won (US$ 5.37 million). Curocom, a provider of banking automation & network control systems and IT products, will fund GNCO’s capital increase to wield stronger influence over control of the company and maximize profits.
