[DISCLOSURE] Alteogen (196170) said on Aug. 31 that it has decided on a capital increase of 10 billion won (US$9 million) to raise funds for management.

A total of 279,720 new shares will be offered to KB-Solidus Healthcare Fund at the price of 35,750 won per share. The payment is due Sept. 7 and the listing date is Sept. 22.
