[DISCLOSURE] DOUBLEUGAMES (192080) said on Aug. 30 that it has decided to buy 100,000 shares of its subsidiary Ddragon Games for 2 billion won (US$1.78 million) to acquire the firm with a 100 percent stake. This amounts to 0.54 percent of its equity capital.
