[DISCLOSURE] SKC (011790) said on Aug. 30 that it has decided to sign a loan guarantee agreement with Korea Development Bank for 56.3 billion won (US$50.3 million) debt of its subsidiary, SKC Inc.

SKC will pay collateral worth 200 billion won to Korea Development Bank.
