[DISCLOSURE] Huons Global (084110) said on Aug. 29 that it plans to acquire 0.76 percent stake worth 3 billion won (US$2.6 million) in its subsidiary, Huons (243070).

The firm added that it will release further details on the acquired shares in a separate announcement.
