[DISCLOSURE] Hanjin Heavy Industries & Construction Holdings (003480) said on Aug. 26 that its subsidiary, Hanjin Heavy Industries & Construction (097230) has decided to guarantee W70.5 billion won (US$62.5 million) debt of its affiliate, HHIC-Phil Inc.
The amount is equivalent to 5.15 percent of the firm’s equity capital and the guarantee period is from Sept. 9, 2016 to Nov. 30, 2017.
