[DISCLOSURE] Samsung Pharmaceutical (001360) announced on Aug. 30 that it has executed a capital increase worth 41.8 billion won (US$37.3 million) by offering 9,000,000 new shares to existing shareholders.

The listing date is Sept. 9.
