[DISCLOSURE] Hot Tech (015540) said on Aug. 30 that it has canceled acquiring Union Savings Bank’s 11,700,000 shares, worth 12 billion won (US$10.72 million).

The decision was made as the company has failed in the capital increase through third-party share allocation to buy the stocks.
