[DISCLOSURE] NI Steel (008260) said on Aug. 30 that its subsidiary, Changhwa Steel has acquired 7,967 additional shares of the firm.

Changhwa Steel currently holds a total of 1,026,519 shares of NI Steel, equivalent to 3.61 percent of the entire stake.
