[DISCLOSURE] Sun Machinery (053620) said on Aug. 29 that it has decided to acquire 522,574 shares of Doowon Precision Industry for 2.6 billion won (US$2.3 million).
This amounts to 17.33 percent of Sun Machinery’s equity capital and it currently owns 53.05 stake in Doowon Precision Industry.
