[DISCLOSURE] LIS (138690) announced on Aug. 24 that its largest shareholder has been changed to Iam Ventures from HC Asset Management through stock purchase.

Iam Ventures acquired 2,000,000 shares worth 30 billion won (US$26.7 million) from HC Asset Management and currently owns 15.87 percent of the firm.
