[DISCLOSURE] S&TC (100840) said on Aug. 29 that it has signed a contract with Active Energy Group, a London-based firm, to supply air-cooled heat exchangers.

The supply contract is worth 10.3 billion won (US$9.12 million), which is equivalent to 3.98 percent of the company's last year sales. The contract expires on June 21, 2017.
