[DISCLOSURE] Soulbrain Eng (039230) said on Aug. 24 that it has decided to transfer its properties in Paju, Gyeonggi Province, to Soulbrain (036830).

The properties are worth 28 billion won (US$24.92 million), equivalent to 26.63 percent of Soulbrain eng’s equity capital.
