[DISCLOSURE] Yungjin Pharmaceutical (003520) said on Aug. 24 that it plans to sell real estate property in Gyeonggi Province worth 21.4 billion won (US$19.1 million), to a local housing association.

The deal amounts to 11.07 percent of the firm’s equity capital.
