[DISCLOSURE] Kukil Paper (078130) said on Aug. 24 that it has acquired Philosys' 833,333 shares based on a convertiable bond at 500 million won (US$44,5000). The amount is equivalent to 1 percent of the company's equity capital. The company's stake in Philosys rose to 20.89 percent.
