[DISCLOSURE] Shinhan Engineering & Construction (005450) announced on Aug. 23 that it has decided to sign a loan guarantee agreement with two firms for 52 billion won (US$46.6 million) loan of its subsidiary, Mizien.

The guarantee period is from Aug. 24, 2016 to May 23, 2019.
