[DISCLOSURE] NEW (160550), an entertainment distributor, said on Aug. 23 that it has decided to offer collateral worth 15.2 billion won (US$13.6 million) to its subsidiary Sports & NEW.

The offer amounts to 11.43 percent of the firm’s equity capital in 2015 and the offer period ends Feb. 28, 2017.
