[DISCLOSURE] S-MARK (030270) said on Aug. 22 that it has decided to purchase 10,200 shares worth W2.04 billion won (US$1.82 million) of Mega Phoenix, a digital content production firm, to expand its business.

The firm currently owns 51 percent stake in Mega Phoenix.
