[DISCLOSURE] Chips & Media (094360) said on Aug. 22 that it has signed a license contract regarding video IP worth 1.28 billion won (US$1.14 million) with Hunan Goke Microelectronics. The cost is worth 10.64 percent of the company's last year sales. The contract expires on Aug. 22, 2019.
