[DISCLOSURE] Yuyang D&U (011690) said on Aug. 22 that it has decided on a capital increase through third-party share allocation by issuing 8,771,929 shares, which amount to 25 billion won (US$22.3 million).

The shares will be offered to Yuyang No.1 investment association along with two other individuals and the listing date is Oct. 6.
