[DISCLOSURE] Hanwha Investment & Securities (003530) said on Aug. 19 that its affiliates Hanwha Advanced Materials, Hanwha Hotels & Resorts and Hanwha Galleria Timeword (027390) have decided to participate in the firm’s plan to raise capital.

The affiliates will each invest 30 billion won (US$26.8 million), 20.9 billion won, and 9.2 billion won, respectively.
