[DISCLOSURE] SKC Solmics (057500) said on Aug. 23 that it plans to sell ingot casting machines worth 3 billion won to Woongjin Energy (103130) due to the firm’s decision to shut down its solar energy business and sell off assets.

Woongjin Energy added that the purchase was based on its hopes to expand manufacturing facilities to increase revenue.
