[DISCLOSURE] Samsung Life Insurance (032830) announced on Aug. 18 that it will take over 6,132,246 shares of Samsung Securities (016360) from Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance (000810) at 234.25 billion won (US$211.24 million).
It will own 19.16 percent stake of the securities firm.
