[DISCLOSURE] Local chicken producer Maniker (027740) stated on Aug. 19 that it will issue 3,350,000 new common shares for public subscription to finance 23.11 billion won (US$ 20.58 million) operation funds. The issue price is 693 won and the stocks will be listed on Nov.7.
