[DISCLOSURE] Kodi-S (080530) announced Aug. 22 that it will sell off about 1.51 million stocks of its subsidiary Kodi-M to K-Bio Investment Association and IRIS investment association No. 1, to stabilize financial structure and assure soundness of the business as well as to secure investment resources.
