[DISCLOSURE] Inzi Controls (023800) said on Aug. 19 that it plans to acquire 950,000 shares worth 10.5 billion won (US$9.4 million) of Inzi Controls Alabama, its US subsidiary.
The firm plans to own a total of 1,422,000 shares (91.74 percent) of Inzi Controls Alabama and the investment amounts to 5.19 percent of its equity capital.
