[DISCLOSURE] CNH (023460) announced on Aug. 17 that it will guarantee 13.2 billion won (US$11.9 million) loan of its subsidiary, CNH Capital.

This amounts to 14.1 percent of its equity capital and expires Aug. 19, 2017.
