[DISCLOSURE] Semicon Light (214310) announced on Aug. 17 that it has decided to issue 2,532,238 bonus stocks. The shareholders will be rewarded at the ratio of 1:0.5.

The stocks will be allotted on Sept. 2 and listed on Sept. 23.
