[DISCLOSURE] Unidus (044480) said on Aug. 19 that it has agreed to lend 807 million won (US$722,000) to its Chinese affiliate, Unidus (Zhangjiagang) Rubber Products. The amount is equivalent to 3.4 percent of the company's consolidated capital equity.
