[DISCLOSURE] Truwin (105550) said on Aug. 16 that it has acquired 129,234 shares worth 3.2 billion won (US$3 million) in Sirius, an IR sensor manufacturer.

The acquired shares account for 28.14 percent of Sirius’ entire stock.
