[DISCLOSURE] SPG (058610) said on Aug. 12 that its consolidated operating profit in the second quarter decreased 3.4 percent on-year to 4.7 billion won (US$4.26 million). Sales in the period went up 5.7 percent to 69.7 billion won and net profit increased 102.1 percent to 6.6 billion won.
