[DISCLOSURE] Kumyang (001570) announced on Aug. 10 that it is currently conducting due diligence regarding joint investment with China's Qinghai Salt Lake Industry.
The statement was made in response to Korea Exchange’s inquiry and the specifics on the deal will be disclosed Feb. 9, 2017.
