[DISCLOSURE] Samhwa Paints Industrial (000390) announced on Aug. 10 that it recently established an wholly-owned overseas headquarters in Vietnam named Samwha-VH Company Ltd.
The firm manufactures and sells paint and varnish and holds 3.7 billion won (US$3.4 million) in capital.
