[DISCLOSURE] Daewon Kang Up (000430) said on Aug. 9 that its major shareholder and CEO, Heo Jae-chul has purchased 1,000 additional shares of the company’s stock.

Heo’s stake in the firm increased slightly to 5,473,888 shares (8.83 percent).
