[DISCLOSURE] Ezentech (033600) said on Aug. 9 that it has decided to terminate a trust contract to acquire treasury stocks worth 3 billion won (US$2.7 million) with KEB Hana Bank.

The aim is to manage capital more efficiently and the company will take back its own shares and cash.
