[DISCLOSURE] Miwon Chemicals (134380) said on Aug. 8 that it plans to repurchase 40,000 of its own shares worth 2.7 billion won (US$2.4 million) from Aug. 9 to Nov. 8.

The aim is to stabilize its stock price and increase value for stockholders.
