[DISCLOSURE] Charm Engineering (009310) said on Aug. 9 that it has signed a 4.2 billion won (US$3.8 million) contract with Fuzhou BOE Optoelectronics Technology in China to supply flat panel display equipment.
The deal amounts to 2.13 percent of its revenue and expires Dec. 14.
