Stray Kids will roll out third EP in Japan on June 18, label JYP Entertainment announced Wednesday.
It is about three years since its last EP, “Circus,” which debuted atop Oricon’s Daily Album Ranking and iTunes Top Albums Chart in 17 regions.
“Circus” earned platinum certification in Japan in September 2022. The six-track album included Japanese-language version of “Maniac,” which topped iTunes Top Songs Chart in 12 regions, and music video for the titular track surpassed 100 million views as of Februay.
The group's latest album in Japan was second LP “Giant,” released in November last year. The LP topped iTunes Top Albums Chart in 19 regions as well as Oricon’s Daily Album Ranking before going double platinum in the country.
The band returned home Wednesday after wrapping up the Latin American leg of tour that resumes in Japan next month.
