[DISCLOSURE] Finotek (150440) announced on Aug. 8 that it has decided to acquire 12,250 shares worth 15.9 million won (US$13,696) of its German joint venture partner, Finotek Europe.
The JV agreement signed last June stated that both sides acquire approximately 50 percent of each other’s stocks.
