[DISCLOSURE] Shinsegae Engineering & Construction (034300) said on Aug. 5 that the terms on construction deal regarding premium outlet in Siheung, Gyeonggi Province, with affiliate Shinsegae Simon has been modified.

The price was changed from 99 billion won (US$89.2 million) to 112.2 billion won and the expiration date was pushed back to Feb. 28, 2017 from Mar. 31, 2017.
