Stray Kids brought home two trophies from the 39th Japan Gold Disc Awards on Wednesday.
The band was among the winners of Asian regional awards for best three albums and music video of the year with “Giant” and “Stray Kids 2nd World Tour ‘Maniac’ Encore in Japan,” respectively.
“Giant” is the band’s second full album in the country. The LP came out in November last year and swept major music charts, including Oricon’s daily, weekly and weekly combined album rankings. The video is a concert film of a live show held in Osaka in February 2023.
Meanwhile, the band is set to host four live shows in Shizuoka, Japan in May as part of its ongoing tour “dominATE.” On March 21, the group will drop a mixtape with a Korean-language version of “Giant.”
