[DISCLOSURE] Exem (205100) announced on Aug. 4 that it has signed an agreement with Yain soft, a big data analysis solution company, to establish a special purpose company. The investment for this SPC is estimated to be 2 billion won (US$1.79 million).

Yain Soft will collaborate with a Thai advertising agency Octopush to install digital signage at Show DC, the largest hallyu themed multi-complex shopping mall in Thailand, slated to open in November. The revenue projected by the end of 2017 is up to 10 billion won.
