[DISCLOSURE] Kia Motors (000270) announced on Aug. 4 that it will acquire money market trust worth 50 billion won (US$44.89 million) from its affiliate HMC Investment Securities (001500) to better manage operation and enhance profitability.

Its total MMT amounts to 500 billion won this year and the maturity date is July 12, 2017.
