[DISCLOSURE] Sampyo Group Chairman Chung Do-won and individuals with special relationship sold off their combined 5 percent stake in Tongyang (001520), to Sampyo Elementary Material, in an after-hours block deal, they announced on Aug. 3.

A total of 11.93 million shares were sold, of which Chung’s shares accounted for 4 million.
