[DISCLOSURE] AmorePacific (090430) announced on Aug.1 that its chairman Suh Kyung-bae donated his 0.01 percent stake (14,260 shares) to Korea University Guro Hospital.

The chairman’s stake in the firm declined to 51.34 percent from 51.35 percent.
