[DISCLOSURE] Meritz Securities (008560) announced on Aug. 1 that its operating profit declined 22.4 percent to 109.2 billion won (98.02 million) fro the same period last year.

Sales rose 34.8 percent to 1.16 trillion won while net profit fell 8.8 percent to 83.2 billion won.
