The Ministry of the Interior and Safety said that it has translated 235 commonly used civil service forms into 10 languages to make public services more accessible for foreign residents in South Korea.
The forms are available in Russian, Mongolian, Vietnamese, English, Uzbek, Japanese, Chinese, Tagalog, Thai and Khmer.
These translated forms will be distributed to local governments, central administrative agencies, public institutions and multicultural centers that frequently handle foreign resident inquiries. Additionally, the forms can be downloaded via the Naver Band platform under the group "Easy Civil Forms for Foreigners."
However, the ministry clarified that the translated versions are for reference purposes only. Official submissions must still be completed in Korean using the standard forms.
