[DISCLOSURE] GS Retail (007070) announced on July 29 that it has named Mastern Investment Management as the preferred bidder for its shopping mall in Pyeongchon, Gyeonggi Province.

The firm closed the bid on July 15 with Deloitte Anjin as its lead financial adviser.
